Sadly, I'm getting frozen when trying the first option in the "Rico's blown it" race, in The 250 Challenge campaign part.
Nigh on impossible race, was hoping the trainer could do something about that. :/
*Really* stuck on that one, at best I'm maintaining distance to the guy in 4th. Bummer the trainer couldn't just help skip that pain of a race.
Cheers for the attempt though, might work well in other cases.
I had the same problem and kinda "cheesed" through this. You are not completely frozen, you kann accelerate, it's like 60 km&h while you stand, then just Shift in Gear 4....and keep the shift button pressed!
I am slowly driving with 40-60 km/h, getting slower, then I repeat this till I was 40 seconds ahead of the frozen first.
This preparation needed like 5-10 minutes but I was able to finisch first.

The mission after this everything works again, you freeze the other cars, not yourself.

Trainer dont work !! I have now tested with Versions of the game but never worked. Says everytime "Cannot find the game" !!
Tested with Retail, downloaded Skidrow and downloaded FLT. I cant understand why not it work.
What must i do with the trainer?? Must copied into game folder? No doesn't work. I have tested all. Thats very bad.

I have now do a new Offline Key but it doesnt work. And yes i have all the tings tested on the site with troubleshooting. This is the only one Trainer which doesnt work !!!!

Well I still have this on a spare drive so I thought I would see what is cooking. Thought I deleted this long ago as there are blocks rendered around the trees. It's like Ferrari MineCraft Edition. Anyways...
--I loaded the trainer.
--I loaded the game.
--At the start menu I pressed F1 and some dude yelled through my speakers TRAINER ACTIVATED. Scared the crap out of me so I turned the speakers down.
--I selected campaign from the menu.
--Some race was starting, and as we pulled away from the line, I reached over and pressed #1 on my number pad.
--Some dude yelled ACTIVATED. Though not so scary this time since I had turned the speakers down.
--All the A.I. cars came to a dead stop.
--Some announcer guy said, "You have taken the lead!!". Yay me right!
--That was enough for me so I exited the game. Link
So there is someone (i.e. me) the trainer is working for. If you are still getting the "Trainer cannot find game" message, it is something on your system borking the trainer. If you are using the "Skidrow"(pirated) version as mentioned in your previous post, you will receive zero admin. help on this site as they will not support those versions.
Ok, i have now tested on a other Computer and its worked. I think on my computer has skidrow eat my system and now the trainer doesnt work
