Hiya Cal.. May not be long in coming.. Or maybe not even needed anymore..
Since they just released an update for the game that installs OFFLINE Mode and adds a bunch of features which if I remember the list right includes the cheats unlocker.
Of course, right now, the game is $24.99 when it started out at $19.99 with a $5 additional fee for the cheats. So it actually balances out except for the additional files they put in the update to add the OffLine Mode.

Yeah I was looking on the site for that DLC about the cheats and they don't have it any more. I think its safe to assume they removed it. Also I can't even get the cheat menu up in the game with the shortcuts I was seeing. I also couldn't even find the cheats themselves on the main website.

As Caliber said.. The cheats are already in the game and if you purchased your game from STEAM it already has the cheat console unlocked. You press a two key combination and it opens the cheat selection panel in game. All you have to do is check the boxes for the cheats you want to use and close the panel to return to game play. The STEAM release shows the cheat access key combination in the key configuration help screen. So. If you don't have the STEAM release the best option is just to buy the cheat unlocker from the game developers. It's only like $5 if I remember right. That being said.. I would NOT count on the game developers giving permission for our friends here at CH to release any kind of cheat unlocker. The reasons are obvious.
