Stealth is working fine -> Link and if I recall correctly, the refill options as well.
Even though Steam launches Uplay for the game to run, you have to set the trainer to Steam, not Ubisoft Digital.
Make sure to have created scan exclusions for the trainer exe file and the Work folder, which is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ and run the trainer with admin rights.
I have done all of those things. Stealth is still not working. I tried what you did in the video and it didn't work - instead, the guards seem to attack more often rather than less.
Please zip/rar your game's singleplayer exe file (something like AC3SP.exe) and upload it to a trustworthy file hoster or Google Drive / Drop Box and post the link to it here.

No clue what's going on here, I don't appear to have this problem with other trainers, but... Every time I attempt to launch the 1.07 version of the trainer, my browser is just popping up, saying "The web page at file:///C:/Users/User/Cheathappens/Work/~CheathappensTrainer3729.tmp might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." I don't know if I've messed up something in the download or what, but the trainer never launches, just shows that.
You messed up, plain and simple 😀
When launching this trainer for the first time, did you get a Windows message and were asked how to open a .tmp file? Very likely you told to open it with your default browser.
Please reset your default apps in Windows, reboot and do what fellow member Weiss suggested: Exclude the trainer exe file and the Work folder located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\
Thanks Taurus and Weiss. I've excluded the .exe and the work folder in the windows Virus protection, and Malwarebytes. Also cleared the default app for the .tmp file. It still won't let me do anything but try and open the .tmp with some program. Any suggestions?
