ok having a lil trouble this on pc because i search and search on the web all i can find is the fix on xbox. anyways 1/10 coutesan groups sent to distract guards, heck i don't know how i got the one, is their a certain key you gotta point the girls to the guards? then on the enemies stationed at guard posts killed using crossbow i thought i have done that like 20times now and still nothing

no. Simply walk towards guards and the courtesans will distract them automatically.
I have my doubts it will count in free gameplay, this might be connected to missions.
You only have to press a certain button when you hire the thieves to lure guards away.
