I know that it hasn't been that long, but I was wondering how long it typically takes for my profile to upgrade with purchase through Google Checkout? I know that the site says 12 hours or more, but is that typical or just a general rule?

It takes maximum 48 hours and I think it's a manual process. Wait till an admin activates it.
