Transfer PC Savegame to Xbox360

Hey there. Is it possible to copy my computer savegame to xbox360?
It did this in Skyrim but in dishonored it doesnt seem to work this way.
I started the game on my computer, played about 12 hours. Now I got a new TV, so i wanna play this game on my Xbox now

Why not just hook your TV up to your computer?
