    I cannot download the trainer, I keep getting failed - network error on Chrome.

    I tried Chrome and I got a similar error.

    Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and third party apps. Lower browser security. Try different browsers, etc.

    Downloaded file keeps being corrupt. "Not a valid archive file" error in winzip... (Not an anti virus issue...)

    Downloaded both trainer & editor without a problem. Please disable any security software and try using a different browser.
