So the game is out I'm wondering if there are cheats for the games or if we are simply waiting for the trainer?(which is fine) I'm just being curious.

Would be nice to think the devs figured people might want to play around with cheats in a game like this and just include some.

well it is a bethesda game so i am going to guess that the standard console and console commands are going to be there.
ie.
"player.additem f 90" give 90 coins
"tgm" god mode



but this is a guess so don't flip on me.

I'm having difficulty activating the console, if its even possible. This game uses the Unreal engine btw.

It was published by Bethesda but it was developed by Arkane Studios.

It's actually NOT a Bethesda game. The Devs are Arkane Studios, Bethesda is their publisher, ergo, console cheats from Bethesda games might be in the game or might not be in the game. Most likely they are not in the game.

Just looking at the coding, for coins its pretty straight forward, but its been a long time since I last seen the instruction SETLE used :P

Anyways, if you have CoSMOS goto this address first on the memory viewer

Dishonored.AK::StreamMgr::CreateDevice+22313F (yeah thats a correct address in module form with offset)

And start typing this.. into each line you make, also take care to accept the extra NOP command when asked (i.e. just say yes)

dec eax
and eax,edi
mov [ecx+4],1869F
ret

Then check this address in the memory viewer

Dishonored.AK::SoundEngine::StartOutputCapture+CE701

And there input the command on this exact address

call Dishonored.AK::StreamMgr::CreateDevice+22313F

And then buy, sell or pick up money and you will get 99999 coins instantly.

If people are bored... alternatively they can just search for a 4 byte value of their current coins and eventually find an address to manipulate the value, but the above will keep it on permanent even through loading areas etc.

There appears to be a list of console commands and their effects in the game directory:

Dishonored>DishonoredGame>Config

There, is a file called DefaultDebugMenu.ini that lists many console commands.

I can't, however, seem to get the console to actually appear.
