If this doesn't solve your issue, please (after disabled/uninstalled AV + reboot) download the file again. Sometimes AV can damage the files by "trying to clean them". In addition please open your EventViewer and send me the log to 0x90@cheathappens.com

Hi, DABhand, Thanks for the reply, the issue persists in Safe Mode w/Networking + English display language and time/units .

Wow thats bad if the issue persists in Safe Mode also. That means a bad Windows Configuration to be honest, and quite possibly services needed to run the trainer are stopped.
Do what 0x90 said and see if that will re-enable services.

As wrote back in email, it really looks like something ****ed up your computer (dozen of entries in system logs). It's up to you if you think it's worth it to reinstall windows.
But if you could manage to uninstall your previous .NET framework and install it properly it should solve the issue about the editor as well.

Hi, 0x90, I've taken the long route to have a fresh install. The Editor is running fine up to now.
Thanks
