This is one characteristic behavior of Windows trying to deal with a file that is blocked/deleted by your security software.

I just have a question about the game does infinite health work on companions I am just curious cause when I try to spar with handmaiden it seems like she has infinite health is there a way around that
not sure, how bout you turn it off and see if their health goes down, should be easy to beat her with other the cheats. If that works, then there is your work around
I tried it but does not go down, do they get infinite health if you switch to them
