Posting on the forum won't get it done faster. You need to make a report if game has updated and trainer isn't working.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. Try the trainer under the regular game as I had a problem with this one as well. The trainer under the regular game is 3.0 and it activated for me playing deep ocean. I didn't test it though, sorry.

Possible this has something to do with your anti-virus.
You should check you have the exclusions you need for older trainers
The .tmp files are usually only there when the trainer is running, so I suggest excluding the Temp folder and figure out what .tmp files shows up and exclude it.
Exclusions:

Something literally isn't meshing between the two and since its an OLD Trainer Does it log issues like Aurora does?
I'd be more than happy to provide a log or anything of that nature if it would help since reading through this forum I'm obviously not the only one its acting weird for
Antivirus is allowing anything CH to run all the trainers are in a whitelisted folder as well to keep it from updating and then subsequently mis-flagging them as Dangerous viruses
It's running from Ubisoft Connect (Beta) but I don't know if that would make a difference or not and its not on the Native C: Drive either.💣 -

I see the newest trainer is only for ubisoft and number two is for steamTrainer Monkey June 2021 - Community Helper December 2021 - Community Mod March 2022 - CH Mod January 2023
