Hello everyone. I'm basically paid for the lifetime but still cheathappen deducted my money at the end of the months for USD 14.95. Can somebody help me?

I bought the Unlimited lifetime account a few days ago. I am sure I have it as I am able to download trainers at the moment. However I am able to find nothing in my account profile or settings stating my current status. Could it be possible to add at the very least an optional title of "Lifetime Sub" or something to that effect in the future?

I purchased a customization option (Alias Change) on October 18th. I was told to wait for an email with the instructions on how to change the alias but I haven't received anything. I still have the paypal email with the transaction ID.
