I have had my account at unlimited and my account showed it was unlimited and as I checked yesterday I now have a free account? What is this now you are trying to rip me off? Is this site legit? I shall not be paying for a new account as your prices have seemed to have gone up exponentially so please I would like my account back on UNLIMITED as it has been for over a year?

PLEASE FIX THIS!

I bother NO ONE as you can see I never have posted anything but this is a disgrace and I would like it repaired ASAP THANK YOU

Firstly I will point out that this site is legit and has always been. Secondly are you sure your umlimited subcription was not a yearly one and it has run out? Thirdly. The way you post is not how you should post an issue like this. Out right attacking the site for something that could be a technical glitch or just a user over sight.



Oh and you will need to wait for a site admin or mod to come on.

I am 43 years old and have known I was a lifetime member since your site advertised it to us so I jumped on it as the price was right my anger is justified as some other places of business have tried doing the same thing and telling me I was never a member yet was a member for more than 2 years and also never took a moment to say thank you for giving me your unlimited membership. Now this site does the same thing? What is it? 2014 and the same thing happens here? Why? Because I never said hello? my anger is not directed at you just that you are the second site I am dealing with the same issue. please check as I know this site I should not have any worries about. Again Thank you

Oh and the possibility that I chose a 1 year access should be check as I do not remember that far back.

The account Haakonas has never been Unlimited. However the account Haakone with email address lost***tion@gmail.com is Unlimited. It's not our fault if you have created multiple accounts and can't remember one from the other.

I finally succumbed to getting unlimited membership for one year yesterday, even though there is only one game I play occasionally each month. My Status is still classed as "FREE". My username is fearrgrinn. I paid through paypal and received an email confirming receipt. Is it possible to check my account to get it upgraded.

Hi if you paid by bank transfer through paypal it can take up to 3-5 working days to clear. If you already had funds in your paypal account or by credit card it would have gone through fully, but the accounts are manually checked and changed, please be a bit patient I am sure admin will be on it

How long do I have to wait for my Premium membership is upgraded? I've been waiting 6 days now and nothing has happened.

I bought a 1 year membership and while my account is noted as "YEARLY" I still don't have access to downloads!

Please, either refund me or give me the content that I paid for. Waiting 6 days for a digital purchase is outrageous.
