When I tried to download a trainer marked lifetime earlier, I was informed I needed to upgrade my account. It works now though.

Hi,

Six days ago (12 Feb, 2016) I sent an email with Paypal payment proof and subscription number to chu(at)cheathappens.com about my account being downgraded despite paying for the year in advanced for Cheat Happens Premium Lifetime PLUS Upgrade. Payment date was the 15 Jan 2016.

I've yet to receive an reply on this issue. Email was titled "(Issue) Account Now Downgraded

This should now be corrected. Site must have gotten confused since you canceled your monthly plus and then renewed to a yearly plus on the same date. Sorry for the delay, our support person has been out sick.

Thanks Chris for sorting it out, back to normal again 🙂
Btw, I changed because monthly was best option at the time and now I can commit with annual support.

I am a lifetime member and have downloaded trainers in the past. I went to download the Age of Empires Trainer and when I open the trainer, it says invalid trainer "user banned" May I ask why? I have never broken any rules. How do I get this fixed? Please help.

Log out of Cheat Happens and clear your browser cache and cookies. After doing that, log back in and redownload your trainers.
