Did you pay for a renew.asp>Premium Account or any account customization.asp>Customization Option and did not instantly get your upgrade? if so, please read the following section that pertains to your situation.


Premium Account

Any payment made to this website has to be verified by an Administrator(Founders) before any upgrade to your account is made. This means that your account will not upgrade instantly, it is upgraded manually. Have a little patience though, there are 2 Administrators that manage this site with nearly 1.5 Million registered members, they are busy people, but they visit several times a day and it is very likely that your account will be upgraded within 48 hours from the time your payment clears.

In some rare cases, the Admins may miss an upgrade transaction. So if it has been over a week since your payment has cleared and your account status has yet to be upgraded, simply email a copy of your receipt to chris@cheathappens.com and the problem will soon be resolved. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.


Account Customization

This pertains to anyone who paid for an alias change, custom avatar, or custom profile header. For this type of upgrade, all of the above information about Unlimited Account upgrades remains true, but this type of upgrade generally takes a little longer. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for the upgrade to take place before sending out an email about it.

You ordered a TRIAL ACCOUNT on July 12 and it was processed correctly on July 12. You downloaded your 5 trainers which is the maximum for a trial account. You will need to upgrade to a full account in order to download more.

I have sign a subscription for a ONE MONTH TRIAL account (USR: zigui982) on 09/01/13 . When I 'm connect to my account it's always "FREE".
It said I needed to send an email to the specified address, and I did.

I paid for an lifetime acct through paypal ..for some reason they sent an echeque ..this has now cleared my acct ..so you guys have my money but i havnt been upgraded yet ..please lemme know if theres a problem so i can clear it up & if not then please upgrade my acct asap ..thanks !!

PayPal has not sent us a notification that the payment has cleared. When they do, your account will upgrade.

i paid last year for lifetime membership, i have never been upgraded now i received an email stating my account expires in 90 days
