Also, take your balls out, send an email to the developer, open threads on their forums and so on.
Let them know that there is a huge population of players that like to play single player games with cheats, and THEY ARE NOT HAPPY with forced MP. If the devs want to solve the MP cheating issue, they should allow the player to disable that, without affecting the saves or the being online in GFWL.
This is not the time to hide. This is the time to react. To give value to our right as paying customers to complain.

...Run that by me again?
The PvP was easily the most requested feature to keep from this game's predecessor. You're not being "forced" to do squat. And while GFWL may or may not enforce anything on their service, I don't imagine the staff here appreciate you trying to encourage everyone to run out and give the site a bad name by ruining games for other people at random simply because you didn't like a part of them.
Cheathappens is the main site for cheats and honestly i think its about time you start blocking people from using them online, ofcourse you will lose a customer here and there, but think of how many games it ruin otherwise.
Just using Dark Souls as an example, the game has no real protection and there are already loads of people using it online, i hear of people dying online with unlimited health on and easy kills so they die when they jump down, so there is no doubt where they got the trainer from really.
trainers need to close down when you access certain parts of the game, i bet thats not easy to do.
But i got faith

There are very few games that don't have cheat protection with their multiplayer and it's not cheathappens fault the developers wanted to be cheap and/or lazy and not add cheat protection and a real offline mode. Not to mention it would be a waste of time to code a trainer that can't be used online. Online cheaters will get tired eventually and move on. It's also not as rampant as you say it is,I haven't run into one cheater in over 15 hours played.
Cheating online is like the special olympics...
Oh wait thats unfair to the handicapped.
People who cheat online are the scummiest of the scummiest. It's not cool, it's not fun (maybe to the lame ass cheat) and ruins everyones experience.
As for forced PvP it isn't forced, you can use an offline profile on GFWL if you want to play SP, or you can get off the net and use a trainer with an offline key, or just remain hollow.
Another reason why developers are hating the PC market is the complainers who moan over something they didn't fully investigate/study on.
Thank you. I was starting to think I was the only sane person left in here.
