The trainer has been retired, is that the reason only read me file is in download?
I just got the game and would like to use it man.....

Your antivirus/security software is probably deleting it, turn it off before download or make a folder excluded from scans and save it to there.

just DL'd it, it is there.

Nope read me file 664KB in size, disabled antivirus completely and tried second time no go.

Tried again after disabling both antivirus and malware removing pop up blocker and still only read me file 664 kb in size.
I even upgraded my account to full year instead of monthly man don't understand, i can use other trainers without a problem but this one is FUBAR!!!! 💩
