I would like if possible to see if anyone could make a character editor, i have tried google and there where a few links linking to skyrimnexus however the hosted files have been removed for what ever reason, basically i would like to be able to alter character traits / level etc, but without the use of a trainer e.g similar to a save game editor. If anyone can create or has a link to something like this id appreciate it.

The files are available, just open the download link in a different tab, should work fine, however it is kinda bugged if you have dawnguard dlc.
I am speaking about NPC editor though.
As far as editing your OWN character, apart from using the console/trainer, i really don't think there isn't much left to change.
An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest. I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
