I just frankly want these whiners and demanders to explain themselves coherently and detailed, and WHY they cannot wait. WHY they must treat Pwizard like he is not a human but a robot, and what gives them that right to do that.
If they explained themselves, instead of posting "TRAINER FIX NOW PLEASE" And litteraly running away and hiding like scared animals. We would be able to make them see the light, or direct them to the door.

I've certainly been known to troll but I think abusive members should be at least suspended from posting comments.
If you're going to whine about something sure you can do that but be civil. If you're going to be abusive about it you certainly know what you're doing and deserve a smack down.
Blocking posts/replies from this member should be for a 30 day period imho.

I feel like this is a better policy than cutting off support for games when people are being stupid. Punish the person being an idiot, not the other 95% of the community who is not being rude or mean to the staff.
Though I would recommend a 3 part process.
First offense: Issue a warning (depending on the severity.) Second Offense: 72 hour ban. Third Offense: Permanent Ban (with possible appeal, depending on the situation. Case by case.) Fourth: Permanent ban with no appeal. They've had plenty of chances.

Optionally, you could just ban them from posting and allow them to keep their membership benefits of downloading trainers. It solves the problem of the complainers and abusive posting, and allows them to keep the part they paid for.

that 3 part process may be well intended, but it's much more work for pwizard than its worth. banning is done manually so he would have to ban a member, then remember to unban them 72 hours later. and with any ban there is usally no appeal regardless of the situation, there are very few cases in which a ban is overturned, i've only seen it twice in my 7 years on this site.
i do like the idea of a posting ban though, this seems like a useful tool for the moderators to have and would help to prevent cases where a title gets retired for and overabundance of complaint posts.

Thats ..The best Idea Dstates, how would that be implimented? if you annoy the crap out of the staff, your ability to post gets revoked until whenever they decide? I dunno.
its just that there are alot of people who are going Yeah. So that posting ban might be the best idea. I mean, they'll never explain themselves.
