Hello, I'm new here and have just joined CH on a year basis.

I used a CH succesfully on Crysis 2 so decided to download several trainers (as I don't know which version the game is) for Battlefield 3.

I have tried four trainers and only one says activated at the main menu but then the game drops out? I run it has administrator but with no luck. Can anyone help please?

Any/all input appreciated.

Drops out as in?

To check what version you have goto the games folder and look for the .exe file that starts the game, right click on it and goto properties and on the new window goto the Details tab it will say there.

Does the game start fine without a trainer?



I am sure 1.3 is the latest patch that was released on 5th June. So get that one.

Yes, the game starts OK without the trainer.

I originally downloaded the latest trainer which says activated when I press F1 but then the game drops out as soon has its loaded?

Which sounds like its not the right trainer for the game. But if you have updated it to the most recent version it should be fine.

Did you get the game via Origin? If so is it updated via Origin also?

Only other thing I can suggest is to try without an Anti-Virus running or paused then try the trainer again.

Failing that try pressing F1 while the game is running (not main menu where it should be fine).

Also make sure the trainer is running in Administration Mode and the game also.

Thanks again. I will try each of your suggestions, the trainer is running with admin rights; I will try the game with this option too.

I will also try pressing F1 during gameplay instead of main menu.

Yes, it is an Origen game and a retail copy.
