Is there going be a trainer for v1.6 of the game?

Latest PC update is 1.5 (Link)

Latest Mac update is 1.6.2 (Link)

I too would love to see Win8 compatibility. GOG version is 2.0.0.12 though I believe it is repackaged v1.5.

I hope to finally finish Witcher 1 (for the first time) so I can finally play 2 and have a savegame ready for 3.

I cant figure out why it would not work on win8. Tried compat modes? Then again W8 is not very friendly many of my mates and pritty much all of my mothers crafting people are staying away from it. As the software they use does not work with win8 even in compat mode.

To the GOG one then the 1.5 one should work.

Windows 8 introduces new architecture that requires trainers to be compiled in a specific way. Please see the sticky topic on the Feedback forums:

Nope... tried all forms of exclusions and changing priviliges of the program, it doesn't want to work unfortunately...

Does anyone have some insight as to what might be the problem ? It seems to be related to the compatibility of the trainer and my windows that isn't working out properly, and I'm quite at my wits end with it
