Total War: Rome 2 Message Board  

I still play Rome TW TODAY after god knows how many years, it's still one of my favourites...so you can bet your right hand i will be front line to spend my hard earned cash on this one! I think the only day i will stop loving the TW franchise and buying every game, release, dlc, etc... they put out there is the day they introduce fantasy/sorcery/monstrosities in it...hate that s***! Make a TW release of Skyrim and i'm outta there!

P.S. i would play a good LOTR or GoT conversion though

I'm so pumped about this game, I really love Rome history games and I think this will be the best yet!!

I Hope That be started from 700BC that Mede Or Kurdish Medyan Empire and Persian Empire Be Enabled !! because total war has not build real ancient total war ever !!

I still play Rome TW today as well and cannot wait for the next installment to come out. I can see a lot of lost sleep in my future...

i cant wait for this game. but i agree next tw game def has to be ww1 ww2 setting. planes and boats and men. i say let them take 2 years on it.

I also still play RTW and i have to say that although it's old, it's still fun to play and when the new one comes out... oh boy what fun!!!

can't wait for this game, as i only dreamed from this!
and i dont think that they will make a ww1 or 2 game, as there are plenty enough games who have there theme in that. play Company of Heroes if you want something like that

I cannot wait. release is not until Sept 2013. For those that are complaining about going back to swords/shields etc I think personally that this type of game is better suited to swords rather than guns.

If they where to progress the game further through the years it would no longer be about deploying legions onto a battlefield.

I cannot wait for this game, there is very few games I play/buy and this is by far the one I look forward to the most.
