I know this is probably part of the deal that Steam has with the publisher, but why would they make people wait until the middle of the day to get the decryption key so we can play a game we bought that has been released? So frustrating!

over 1/2 of games or maybe more unlock at 12pm noon EST on tuesdays from steam

All steam games release at 10am PST If this is a problem do what i do. Dont buy from steam.
