You're saying you've almost 100%'d the game, so that prompts me to ask if you've gotten the unlocks that are bugged for some.

Do you have the KARD, Skorpion and fixed stock? Have you got the hardest difficulty unlocks?

If so I'd very much appreciate it if you'd provide your save game instead of me working on mine, since I can't get the KARD or Skorpion.
