Yeah, I figgered as much. Don't think it'll be nearly as bad (in terms of # of patches) as Dungeon Defenders, though. Sure there'll be a bunch to start, and once they get the multiplayer component out there'll probably be some balance changes in the mix, but other than that... nowhere NEAR as update-heavy. Again, though: No rush, seeing as there's a bunch of work they have to do, release issues etc.

No need to update the trainer if there are new patches with 24 hrs of the patch release. I'm sure users here can just wait for a short period before Cal?PW can release a new one.

These guys are working very hard for subscribers here. Just give them some breather ...

    Ello !

Aawww... That’s a bit harsh statement if one takes a look at diablo 3s update schedule and compare it to the release dates for the first 3 days that’s 3 patches for each day and 1 each week, mounting up to 5 patches in a short time period. And diablo 3 should be considered an AAA franchise no?

Now looking at Kraters release date 2012-5-12 that’s 4 days and 2 patch, not so bad if you consider it. The main reason for me getting a one year’s subscription at cheat happens was Krater trainer, I really… hope that you continue supporting it.

no that's 2 patches in 3 days.. BOTH of which were giant patches, 500mb+. i wouldn't call this rate of patching "pretty good if you consider it"..

Diablo 3 has patched 4 times since May 27... i think we can agree that there is a big difference in the rate of patching between these two games, AND the popularity of the two.

at any rate, we are just warning folks that games patching every 20 hours are what we call BROKEN games and we don't make trainers for perpetually broken games..

my views on this title is that there were a SLEW of problems that needed fixing according the the forums just a day or two before the game was scheduled to be release. also, alot of things promised in the 'final version' were left out and will be added later. again, we call this an 'unfinished' title, that likely they should have pushed the release date back on and worked out all the kinks with the beta stuff.

at any rate, we'll see how it goes-

    best,
    Cal

Well Good work so far Caliber I do appreciate the teams effort to deliver trainers ! 💛

“If this game starts patching like Dungeon Defenders then it will be dropped exactly the same.”

What was the problem with Dungeon Defenders patching that made your work so much harder if you make a comparison to today’s Krater, what similarities are you guys picking up?

Personally, I think patching is a cheap way for many developers to say Oh, you know what we can finish that part after launch.

You never go to a car dealer and buy a car, just to be told that your 3rd wheel will be patched next week.

You wouldn’t have it! 4 wheels is what you expect to have on a working car, shame that ppl don’t have the same mentality when it comes to games. They just expect to be treated like addicts, in need of their next fix.

    Keep up the good work!

Why don't you just skip updates, like do a maximum of 1 trainer/week/game, or month if it is older. That way it won't be such a bother and still the users would eventually get a working trainer.

By the way I'm not even playing the game just looking at options here.
