Run your game in Window mode NOT fullscreen untill you Activate the Trainer. You can Alter anything then with Trainer/game. Thats exactly what i did. Window mode then once its all activated and you can see the cheats working switch bk to Fullscreen. Well that worked nicely for me. May work for others too.

so now i tested Ingame , an i when is start all is ok , but when i activate numpad 1 i here activate but when i fire the enemies gets black. after 10 shots the game crashes .
hope you can fixs that probaly its the german retail exe...
The trainer is for the US Version only, but ill look into it
