Will there be a trainer for the downloadable version from Amazon? Better yet, is it the same as the Steam-bought version since it is a steampowered game? Its 5$ cheaper on Amazon

It uses Steam as a DRM like you said.
So there's only 1 actual version: Steam/Retail version :P

its not that big a pre-laod anyway, only 7.6GB, only took about 30 mins
