Here is a nice little trick I used.

Use your team mates to distract it, (have sheild option OFF! on the trainer) Black widow sinper rifle then Shield blasting ammo then switch to fire rounds. Or if your lucky to have that awesome ammo the soilder has I forget the name use that and it will be done quicker.

I just hit her with everything i got and ran for cover,backed away,rinse and repeat.

Yep, that works absolutely perfectly.
