Current trainer is still working fine with latest steam version. Launch the game FIRST then launch the trainer. Then follow instructions or watch demonstration video:



I will not look any further into this 6 years old game unless it gets patched in the future which I highly doubt.

I watched your video and I followed your instructions by starting the game first, then the trainer. I tried this at the menu and once I loaded a saved game with the same results. I've attached the error message I keep getting in a snapshot for your review.

I know that you see it as working, but I can't seem to get it to work and I don't know what else to try...sorry for bugging you about an old game/trainer...

Try a new game. maybe your save got corrupt.

I have no doubts that some reports for this game were legit. It is a very hard game to make a trainer for, I believe this is actually the only 'trainer' for this game demonstrated as working for the latest version. But there is a chance this trainer will fail.

I recommend do to what CyPHeR said and try it out with a new game exactly like I did in the video. Maybe your characters need at least 1 skill point, maybe it only works on a new game. I don't have any saves for this game myself anymore. But I can also say that speaking about the difficulty of this game I will very likely not spend any further time on this, it's old and not popular and our work schedule is high enough.
