Best is to use the lil devil wings or demon wings. The speed afforded by gliding makes it a breeze, other than dealing with the platforms to get up top. You have to go mostly constantly side to side, and one part, you have to jump once, glide, then jump again once you're past the edge of the platform above you to reach the opposite platform (you can't glide high enough even if you start gliding at the peak of the jump).

It took me several tries, but luckily it just starts you off back at the beginning of being chased down by the overlord.

Overall though, there isn't a lot of replay value, because the maps repeat entirely in Hard and Insane (as well as some in normal mode, for that matter). I kind of hope they'll add more content of some sort for the sake of map variety.
