yea, i called best buy and they do a free scan for stuff
so ill do that and if no breakthrough,
try using my bros backup

You can do that yourself using the below applications for free:

1. TDSSKiller
2. MalwareBytes
3. SUPERAntiSypware

Then typing the following from the command prompt as administrator:
sfc /scannow

I thought it was a corrupt install? Nothing to scan for on that, you'll need to discs replacing.

Unless something interrupted the install process, in which case just try to install it from scratch (make sure to use the Format option first, unless you have files you want to try to access still).

what happened is that i clean installed off my backup,
it didnt give any errors during install,

(i had to clean boot cause i purchased software that
messed stuff up (iobit ASC pro/ they gave me a free year and
it works fine not using the optimize feature, so thier cool)

so i re-installed all my games and driver updates

but when i went to bring windows up to date (windows updater)

i get an error code 80004002, which has no fix, as previously
mentioned,

so i figured "no biggie, ill just have to update manually",
and i wont get pestered to update windows mail
and virus explorer,

now having me3, and being a "tweak modder"
i realized that .net framework wont function

and ive just been reluctant to
start all over and clean install again,
id rather try to atleast end up better off rather than
having the same ol can o worms

my frustration over this matter compounded with previously
having my AV glitch the crap outa my games (bit defender)
and having to "RMA" with creative labs about
my off board sound card for 3 weeks jsut to find out the issue
was the software that came with it
which was why i got it in the first place
(cause i had sound quality issues, and still do)

like i said after all this bs, i just want to come out in head

ill just have to play as is, and really pray the local job market has opportunities this season (bad location for jobs)

and buy a new PC (mines from 2007, and an hp)

i need to thank yall for not griefing me,
as ive used this site to vent my issues a couple times now
yall are great

good news everybody,
i finally did another system reset, and it only took one try to fix my .net framework issues (and win update, but who cares)

so we can all look forward to not seeing anymore request
or various threads in efforts to alleviate or fix my issues
