So if you do a NG+ you do not get some kind of extra ending. And I am not talking about the boy and the adult in the end talking to each other.

At the end I only seen the door on the normandy only crack open. And it was not on earth, when the old man was speaking to the child you could see two planets in the skyline so thats telling me they got sucked through a wormhole to another planet. Also I never heard about Sheperd living through either ending. The little boy AI told him he would die no matter the choice he made. When he took control of the reppers his body turned to ash, and when he destroyed the reppers he was caught in a fiery explosion that totaly consumed him. What is this third ending, I'll admit I have not started a new game, but after the first ending it sent me back to the point where I could gather more support or where I could go straight to the cerberus base or explore more. I explored more. Third ending?

The thing about the last scene where the child asks for one more story is after that if you decide to continue playing it's like the old man is telling the child another story about Shepard's legend BEFORE Shepard died. That's what the pop-up window says when it asks you if you want to keep playing and, "continue adding to Shepard's legend" or make a new game. It's that. And personally I believe that the old man is actually Joker. Who better to tell Shepard's story?

I think its Joker too and I think its about Sheperd's continuing his quest he had not completed.

The NG+ ending is at the end of all the credits, and the oldman/child scene, you see a bunch of debris, cement, rubble, etc. In the middle of it you see Shep's body, his/her N7 tags, and then at the last second, they take a breath and the scene ends.

Ive played the game through 3 times through and this ending happened the last 2 times i played.





As for the endings, if any of yall have looked at the 700+ page rant on the bioware page, the thought that perhaps Shepard was in a dreamstate/fighting indoctrination and the endings arent really how things end is a fairly popular idea and one i agree with. Esp considering your crew is magically transported to the normandy as the citadel blows up..even though they were all with shep in the assault on the citadel on earth.

I imagine we might see some DLC ala Fallout 3 with an epilogue.
Otherwise, 99% amazing story, stumbles at the end. And the real reason most folks are ****ed is cause they dont know how the stories with their characters ended, which is kinda important.

Sorry, there is no special NG+ ending. I got the Shepard breathing scene on my first play through. It was a miss print in the game guide and ign just echoed it. All you have to do is get your EMS high enough and you will see it. Multi-player helps in this regard.
