How do I change the color of the weapons when modded? Like for example, if I wanted to make my gun a dark color, I'd use a Stability Dampner and Mag Upgrade on an Assault Rifle. How would I go about translating that color change to other mods?

I used the Geth Pulse Rifle as my example

Also, how do I change the bonuses of mods, like how do I make a damage mod give me a larger bonus.

    Use Find, look for weaponmod

This will lead you to several things you're looking for (under bioweapon.ini).

sfxweaponmod - where you can change the values of the various mods.
    weaponmodgripcolours - kinda obvious
weaponmodemissivecolours - again with the obvious

Also, look for weaponbodycolours under each weapon heading.

...although I forget the order the colors are in with respect to the mods.

I changed the values of the mods, but when I checked, it didn't have any effect on the weapons.

I changed the values of the mods in sfxgamecontent, not sfxgame

    Edit:

Changed the multipliers in SFXgame this time, still nothing.

Editing the values re:damage, accuracy, rate of fire etc won't change the graph display in game.
To do that you have to change the 'statxxxx' values.

If you want to check if ones working get a sniper rifle and put a time dilation mod on it (with a increased time dilation) it'll be pretty obvious if it's working or not.

Okay, thanks. With the mod thing sorted out, how do I go about having it show up on the card? I want to make sure that when I change it, it maxes the stat of any weapon I put the mod on. How do I go about changing the stats of the mod?

It might be better off if I can just make a level 6 mod without editing the level 5 one. How would I go about doing that?

Also, does anyone know which mod corresponds to which color so I change the right mod? I want to make my guns black, with red glow, no matter which mod I use, but I don't know which mod colors to copy or even how to change them.

on wikia under weapons upgrades (me3) i think,

the list tells you which mods affect visually
    but only says by level
    doesnt say which colours though

This is kind of an odd request, but... does anyone know how to use Admiral Hackett's uniform or Anderson's combat uniform on a male Shepard? The uniform Shepard gets looks stupid.
