I'd like to replay this game and had used a previous trainer successfully a few years ago. That trainer was rejected so I downloaded the latest Origin version. I'm being asked to download an offline key which I have done but I don't know what to do with the actual key once I copy it. Am I supposed to paste it into something? Very puzzled, this worked before but I can't remember what I did back then. Thanks for any help.
Just put it in the same folder as all your trainers.

Yes, I'm using Origin, have downloaded the newest version multiple times now and the problem persists. I've set it to run as admin, both in the base exe, as well as the shortcut, have disabled realtime scanning (McAfee doesn't allow exclusion of folders, so this is the only option) and run/activate everything as I always have. The options say activated, but just don't work.

i had a trainer monkey test it, and it works fine for him, are you in combat when you activate the options?
Nope. I always F1 at the menu screen, then initiate all my options once my save loads. Never in the middle of combat. Don't want to imply there's something inherently wrong in a trainer that's been out there for almost 2 years, just scratching my head why it doesn't work as intended for me.
then don't activate everything as soon as you load your save but only when you need them. like maybe take some damage first before using the options etc.
