Is it possible to use the 360 save to pc?

If the saves on 360 are also .sav files, it may be possible to rip it off a flash drive (360 hides them to prevent modding so you need an XTAF explorer program) and try it, but it's a pretty slim chance it'll work. All 360 certified games are modified to reflect the owner's gamertag, console id, and profile id, so I've never heard of them working both ways for any game.

Well It worked for Skyrim, but what I really meant was has anyone tried it on Kingdoms of Amalur?

I'm aware it worked for Skyrim - and I pretty much answered your question. I haven't tried it myself, but the byte array types are apparently the opposite Endians, so no, 360 saves will not work.
