So i was using the trainer since even before i had shouts. I learned the first shout and can use it,

So i was using the trainer since even before i had shouts. I learned the first shout and can use it, but now that i have learned more i can't no longuer unlock them even though i have a ton of souls because of the trainer, anyone know how to fix this problem?

Gaming, the one place we can be anything and anyone.

When you select one of your shouts you should get the option to use a dragon soul to 'unlock' it

you may have broken that save. and sorry i don't know any fix to that.
