It's what i do. When my armor is half worn, and i only use the guardian vests, i let some militia inherit it.

There's a CE table that will repair your armour and make it easy to equip militia by passing a fake inventory to militia when you trade with them.

yeap no armor repair, ability to give the squad a task while they are in friendly territory and recruit additional militia to guard our hard to get new territory, like the original Jagged alliance 2! major disappointment indeed

just get new armor... though i'm sad about this as well it's just as easy as going to the internets putting 1 armor in the cart and express delivery to base. I keep Fox naked though cuz she likes it
