Sorry, but anyone knows where else can the Save Files be? I have 5 saves but can't find them in any of the extension. Even searching for keywords didn't show Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning saves, only other games I have.
If you're using the Steam version, I had the same problem as you for a while. Took some searching, but I found my saves under
C:/Program Files/Steam/Userdata/somenumber/102500/remote

Can someone help me with the hex editor mod. I'm completely new at this so I just need someone to point me in the right direction.
First off, I downloaded the free version of hex workshop as provided.I went to the folder containing the .sav file, forged a random dagger and saved. Now I went to the hex editor and tried doing CTRL F to find the name of the item but it brings me to the critera list. The list has text string, bismark, or hex decimal; I picked text string out of assumption that's the type I need to find the item. The item name is "AAA" so it shouldn't have been hard to find. So far no luck with anything, and I've even manually scrolled down.
So what am I doing wrong?
Ive had some success with this. AAA might not be the best name as that can appear withing the code (not sure if a text search encompasses this). Ive been using a text search too with the name of the item in the value field, default options otherwise. The first entry to match your search should be brought up for you highlighted in yellow. If there are other entries that match your search they should be listed in bottom right pane. You'll know if you've found your item when its name is shown in the right hand collunm. Hope that helps.
