Thanks, that helped me a lot, the only trainer I wanted was an AOD one and it did this, turned out to be my Comodo Antivirus being an overprotective father in which my PC was his daughter

Important Information.

Many do not seem to realize that the trainers only pull false positives from Antivirus programs. There is not much that can be done by that. Other than telling your AV program to ignore the folder you keep it in and the file to. So that it will not interfere with how the trainer operate. The trainers are clean!

To those that do not know how to work their AV fully. I advise you to learn how to use your prospective anti virus programs fully. Or switch to AVG which works perfectly as the others and follow the intructions given by FireflyPoi on the page linked below.

I have exact same problem with trainer for AC Black Flag. Trainer was working fine in the past... untill today. Just keeps poping that error "Could not install file - Installation failed". I even downloaded the trainer twice, same thing.
Yes, folder that trainer is in, is added to exception list of AVG.
Yes, I followed everything to the dot from link provided in the quote.

But still, it doesn't work and is quite frustrating...

uninstall AVG

i had the same problem. run as administrator worked for me...
