can not change my password

hi,
if I want to change my password he asks me to
Secret Question: What is your favorite car? if I then input
he tells me
Your secret answer didn't match the one in our database, please try again.
if I want to create an offline trainer I have the same problerm
can someone please help
to make hay while the sun shines .
