Saints Row: The Third Message Board  

Can someone please explain how to do this in the pc version, or it even possible? I see that there are a few ways to do this but they all seam to be using the 360 version. there needs to be a mod where you can edit your gang to whatever car / color / decal you want

Eventually there probably will be a Mod for this on the pc, but it'll probably be longer as more people play consoles and not PC.

At the moment I haven't come across any actual PC mods for SR3, only forums talking about making them. :/ so eventually mods for it on the pc will pop up.

So all I can say is be patient and keep looking around.

"Go to Rim jobs take out a customizable car customize it then it will say performance, color,wheels ETC then go to the garage option then it will give you a list of your vehicles scroll over the non custom one you want DON'T press A Press B then press accept. Then it should let you change your vehicle.

Note: This works for all NON customizable vehicles."

No clue if it'll work on the PC version, but if you have a PC 360 controller you can give it a go. Or press the corresponding buttons on the keyboard/interface (Generally A is accept, B is back.).

EDIT2: Okay, confirmed this works. Make sure you have your chosen non-customizable car stored in your garage, then take an ordinary, customizable car to rim jobs and hit E. Then select Garage, then whatever car you want, including the non-customizable ones, and select Customize.

Ok found a mod that works (sort of) over at saints mods, Gibbed and IdolNinja have rimjobs \ cars working but heli's are still bugged. hopefully they will get it working fully because i want that freeking purple vulture.
