I've found a way to use the 4GB mod AND use the trainer!
What I did was I created a batch file that contains the following line.
Then, I just launch the trainer, then execute the batch file. You could also do the same by just creating a shortcut for the Skyrim4GB.exe and adding the "-laaexe .\TESV.exe" flags.
Now, I can stay crash free and use the trainer at the same time!
If anyone bothered to read the included readme file for the 4gb mod, it says at the bottom how to make it work on things that require the TESV.exe and not TESV.exe.4gb

The console doesn't allow you to freeze perks like the trainer. On the bright side Bethesda has said "4-Gigabyte Tuning (Large Address Aware) support is coming next week".
