As an example, the emu car isnt in the garage, nor is the firetruck, or ambulance, hence not all cars are in the garage unless im missing something.
the zombie and question mark outfits are in the dlc items? where are they located? because i look in outfits and such and they arent there.
The zombie clothing I got from the season pass in the outfit located in all saints store.
All vehicles meaning the secret ones found.... Do not need a fire truck or ambulance. They are easy to find, the ones in the garage are hard ones to obtain, from missions or finding them.
Where do you place this if you don't have the Steam version of Saints Row 3?

It's ALMOST 100%. You're missing the two funnest weapons in the game.
Apocafists you get if you let Apocalypse teach you (let him go).
Sticky bombs you get during a mission as well.
I love throwing sticky bombs (C4) at people and watching them run around screaming like crazy as everyone runs away from them. Cooties anyone? BOOM!!
The fists can only be obtained in a level if you save him, which I did not know and I killed him.
My bad, the sticky bombs I'm not to sure about.
Cooties lol.
Also, check the stats page, it says 100%
