Here's what I did after getting stuck after the Ras Al Ghul gliding trials (like everyone else, after you do the glide/dive trials and you end up in the room, no assassins are there to greet you up the stairs, and you can't go past the invisible wall which appears to be SecuROM reacting to the trainer's presence/usage):
Start a new game. DO NOT start with the trainer active at all. Don't even open it.
After you first get the Batsuit on top of the Ace Chemicals building, alt+tab out, and run the trainer. Press F1 when you're back in the game's pause screen.
Then, just use the "99 Upgrade Points" cheat, NOTHING ELSE.
Immediately alt+tab out, close the trainer out completely. Back in the game, just glide to the courthouse where you save Catwoman and trigger the first auto-save checkpoint once you get inside. I recommend using the 2nd floor door.
Once you're in the courthouse and the game has saved, just ALT-F4 completely out of the game. Now restart the game, and go ahead and just max out your skills/upgrades with your points. If you do this, SecuROM doesn't detect the usage, and you'll have pretty much everything you need maxed out for the most part(armor, health, skills, gadgets, etc).
Now, you won't have infinite health, etc., but with everything upgraded from the start, Batman/Catwoman are both already pretty OP. I had no problems getting through most of the game on Hard with only using the trainer at the above one point in the game. Most importantly, it allowed me to get through the Ras Al Ghul fight and I finished the game. Am now enjoying it in the New Game+ mode.
Also, the game did NOT crash ONCE on my playthrough where I only used the upgrade cheat. On my previous playthrough where I used Infinite Health and let the trainer run the entire time, along with the upgrade cheat, I got crashes 20-30 min. at a time and never got past the invisible wall in the Chamber of the Demon. Hope this helps!
What if you use the trainer, with only infinite health enabled, only in some cases like fights against bosses or powerful opponents (such as Abramovici brothers, etc.), ALT-TAB right after it and close the trainer ?

I wouldn't risk it.
SecuROM probably does a memory/.exe integrity check periodically and can detect that something is being altered from a normal state.
I would advise that anyone looking for a crash-free and glitch-free playthrough, stick to what I outlined above and use only the upgrade cheat, close the trainer, trigger an auto-save and then restart the game clean without the trainer.
The goal is to use the benefits of the trainer (and honestly, having 99 upgrades the moment you get the batsuit is powerful enough that invincibility is not really needed) and not give SecuROM a chance to detect anything or cause a gamebreaking glitch down the road, corrupt your save, etc.
Like I said, I stuck to my method and played through Hard difficulty completely, without any glitches or crashes. But it definitely paid off since I didn't encounter the Ras Al Ghul invisible wall glitch for a third time, where as I ran into it everytime when I used any of the other cheats (and also crashed every 20-40 min with the trainer active).
Just my experience though.
Thx from me also cal, I needed the schooling on this matter, i didn't go down the route of CoSMOS in the end. I will say this about the ras al gul trial, twice now I have hit an invisible wall after completing the trials both times I had the trainer on, this time I will try it without the trainer being present

Did it work? I continued without the trainer and still kept hitting the invisible wall. I wound up deleting my game save and starting over, but I hesitate playing as I do not want to have to restart from beginning again.
tried the trials without the trainer active at all, from the last save before bruce enters the big doors to see talia and take the trials, I can confirm that you get through the trials and are able to fight ras, you'll know if you've done it right as you get the honour guard after you open the doors and go up the steps. Do the whole fight in 640*480 with everything turned off otherwise you wont get the cutscene fully at the end of the fight and wont be able to continue

i sent the trainer to pwizard yesterday, but i see that he did not put a message that he posted it.
perhaps he did not get or see the e-mail. i have messaged him and hopefully he can post the updated trainer.
