new trainer doesn't seem to work, I hit F1 and heard activate yet I still take damage, also none of the other options are working. 🤔

Its interesting, the trainer works on my saved games, but when I start a new game the options do not work during the opening mission...

Okay, weirdly enough after I played some, the health started working, but my cars are still blowing up and I have no sprint. So I dunno if I need to be at a certain point for things to start working or what.

You really don't need a save game to access the timers ingame. Just go to your safe house, remove all your clothes, then go outside and press down twice. Streaking is a timed activity.

Any chance we could get a slow motion option that slows gameplay down to like 25% of normal? Max Payne spoiled me!
