2 question.

1 Is there a way to add or remove racial powers such as the Orc "berserk" in the PC Console? I would like to make a Nord with the berserk skill.

2. Is there a way to reduce the recharge time of the berserk skill in the console? Instead of it being once every 24 hours I would like to make it once per hour.

As for the 24 hour cooldown, I think we're stuck with that until a mod is made to alter it.

Thanks for the info. I was afraid you were going to say that about the time limit. Im sure we will be able to change that as soon as the Creation Kit is released but I was just hoping there was a way to do it in the console.
