Help, i cannot get across the water flowing through the 8th floor! is there something i need to have collected to do this? or is there a jump/swim/etc move i know nothing about? (am new to the game). thank you

If you saved the cat (the stray one) You have to go back and build Toans house so that you can use the potion that guy with the white hair gave you to change it into an ally. She can jump across it. I know this game confusing.

thank you, have just done that, but now... how do i give the potion to the cat?! if i press 'x' while it's selected it just meows at me and i cant find a way through the items menu either!

You go to your house talk to your mom then go upstairs and the cat will be in your 'bedroom'

you press squere then select item it should be changing potion
