Well, it was kind of the developer's left-overs, I can understand why they removed it this time.

It's not really neccesary though. The testinghall was kind of fun to explore, but you can add just about any item using the console.

Of course, it's still early so I doubt all the Item ID's have been found yet.

well actually there is a testinghall , but this time the code is "coc QAsmoke" . You can leave it with "coc whiterun" for example
