Please note Jay, that dragon shouts are experimental with PSB. You have to use ones without missing words, or stats and it should have a "Recharge" it will crash/not work if you use any others.
Trust me, psb works fine...but its very dangerously experimental with some shouts.

thank u, i figured out my problem, i wasnt unlocking the dragon shouts, literally...lol... when u hover over the dragon shout to select i wasnt pressing letter R to unlock it first....yea i known, noob mode .....thanks tnor
