Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Discussion
Trainer Tools and Resources
Without some kind of save editor that lets you add or remove spells, the only conceivable way I can think of is to get the ID's of all the undesirable/non-functional spells and put them in a text file with the player.removespell command.
It could be run with the bat command to clear out any and all spells you don't want.
I've considered doing this myself, but I'm not sure I want to put 2 days of my life into it...
Help is also useful for find commands ex help player 1 gives u all commands containing word player.
